Bolivia - Ultimate Workout Maranatha. Provided dental care for people while teaching/mentoring youth and giving them the opportunity to experience dentistry themselves like I did when I was 15.

Guyana - Provided dental care for over 250 people in villages up the river from Baramita as well as sewing up head wounds and doing fillings and cleanings for the dental patients.

Palawan, Philippines - Supporting Adventist World Aviation by visiting remote sites and providing dental services for three weeks.
COBSAMAT Children's Village - Yearly Visit to assess progress of construction and to make plans for the upcoming year. Phase 2 complete mid-summer.
Kelowna Gospel Mission - Volunteered in the evening to provide emergency dental care.
2014
COBSAMAT Children's Village - First year the children were living on the land. We had finished phase 1 and working on phase 2, finishing the second home, garden and block wall around the 7 acres.
2013
Guyana - Flew into a remote village with Adventist World Aviation. From there we took daily boat trips up and down the river to provide dental care (sometimes in the boat) to people living along the banks of the river in Region1.
COBSAMAT Children's Village - Visited a rented home that was the beginning of an orphanage with the rest of our Board at New Reality International. Street children were being taken care of by a group of 7 local families, i.e. they took turns feeding them what they could 1 day of the week each. The families had raised enough money to rent the children a home to stay in, and were asking us to help build a permanent home, or village. Dr. Joel Mickelwait volunteered to leave his practice, move there and organize the construction project for the children.
